Purchase of property

Irine has been amazing through the whole process. She is extremely responsive. Extremely diligent and rely cares for her clients. She guided me every step of the way from start to closeing for the purchase of our new property. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest and patient when I knew absolutely... nothing about this process. I am so greatful to her. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive

Irene represented us in a purchase of residential property. Very professional and responsive lawyer. When I had some questions, she was providing quick responses guiding us in the whole home- buying process. When buying process had some complications, Irene handled it quickly and professionally to ...ensure buyer interests in the transaction. Irene also worked closely with the mortgage lender and at the closing to ensure that all legal requirements were satisfied during closing procedure. It was a great pleasure to work with Irene and I would definitely recommend her to other perspective clients.

Experience Coop sale/Purchase Attorney

I called several attorneys during my search to represent me at closing for a family coop transfer. Very very satisfied

Irene helped us with the joint purchase of two adjoining co-op apartments in Brooklyn recently for us and our son. We chose her based on our internet search for real estate lawyers in the area, as all her reviews were uniformly excellent. And we wholeheartedly concur. Beyond just being super-efficien...t throughout in helping us navigate clunky big bank loan department bureaucracies and paperwork, she went out of her way to calmly help us with our own last minute fund transfer emergencies on the closing date itself to ensure a smooth process.
