Great attorney
I have used Irene Stein twice so far to buy and then 6 year later to sell my coop. she has always been responsive kept me informed on progress and next steps and was efficient and professional at the closing while a number of things (outside her responsibilities) went wrong.

Michael Pfaff-Shalmiyev
Really looked out for our interest when purchasing our home. Found a lien on the property the sellers lawyer had presumably not found from the owner before him. No nonsense, very knowledgeable, hard working, at a fair price.

Refinancing
Lawyer's office kept me informed of all issues regarding my refinance. Once all was clear the process was completed pretty quickly

Very Reliable Real Estate Attorney
I have done over a dozen real estate transactions with Irene Stein. She is very reliable and able to solve difficult problems. I also like the level of personal service. I recommend Irene highly.
