Very professional!

I wanted to take time to write this review because it’s well deserved. I feel grateful that I found Irene Stein to lead and direct me during the purchase of my fist house. Her advice was invaluable. Also I found her rates very reasonable. If you are reading this review and your are a bit of a novice... like myself, be aware that not all attorneys are created equal. I highly recommend Irene Stein and give her 5 stars for a wonderful job and customer service!

Thankful for the work of Irene Stein

I was their client two times, when I was buying real estate. They are very professional, and persistent. As their client, you'll have all the information you need. I was in a situation where i was buying and selling real estate, and i had to sell in a short period of time. The success of this sale w...as based on the work of my lawyers. I sold and bought the real estate within 3 months. This just shows the quick and professional work of Irene Stein .I would definitely recommend, and work with them again.

Closing Professionals!

High praise for attorneys is rare- but Irene Stein stands apart from the Brooklyn Legal community in many meaningful ways. It was refreshing and encouraging working with Irene as she made navigating my real estate purchase as easy as possible. Real estate contract and closings specialist

I was referred to Irene Stein by a previous client of hers when I was buying a cooperative unit from a Bank that had foreclosed on a previous owner. At first, I though that the process was easy; I would bring the money and they Bank would just give me the keys. It was not that simple. Good thing tha...t I retained Stein and Associates and paid just $100.00 more for her legal services instead of just hiring a law firm that did not specialize in contracts and closings. I was happy with Stein's office and would use them again and again.

JALIC Enterprises LLC Approved

We would still be waiting for the seller to close if it wasn't for the aggressiveness of Stein and Associates. Looked out for us throughout the whole process.
