Highly satisfied with the services!!!!

Irene Stein is very professional, knowledgeable & trustworthy lawyer. I've been notified of all documentation between the seller, buyer & the banker through the emails. The preparation of all necessary documents for the coop board approval was exceptionally organized which made it very easy to follow.... Everything was done in a timely matter & at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Irene Stein for anyone who wants to buy or sell a real estate property!

Amazing real estate lawyer, highly recommend!

We recently had a closing with Irene Stein - she is an amazing lawyer. She and her staff made the whole process a breeze. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and to-the-point. We will definitely come back if we need real estate legal services in the future and would highly recommend Irene Stein to anyone... looking for a real estate attorney.

Irene Stein was very helpful with CO-OP closing

I am thankful I had Irene to help me with my CO-OP closing process. Irene and her team were very supportive, and were always available to answer any questions / concerns that I had. I am very pleased with Irene's work and would recommend her to anyone who needs help with the CO-OP closing process, wh...ich can be very confusing without a good lawyer. Thanks!!

Great Attorney for coop closing

I had a very good experience working with Irene and her team on closing of my Brooklyn Coop . This is the second time during the 10th years period that she helps us with our Real Estate needs .She guided me thru the process and kept me updated all the time. They are very knowledgable and easy to wor...k people. There were no issues at all, all documents were prepared neetly and during the closing I just watched her to manage all my papers.
