Professionally handled second DUI case

It was very evident that upon first contact with Neil Ruskin that he has been in business and practicing law in New York for quite a while now. He was friendly and funny, honest and forthright, compassionate, affordable, and above all, he fought hard in my favor. I was facing eight charges, but Neil ...assured me not to worry. Come the day of the trial, I could tell that Neil knew his way around the local courthouse. In the end, I wound up only pleading to a violation. Had I not hired Mr. Ruskin, or Neil as he asked me to call him, this case could have ended extremely worse. Now I feel like I can breathe again and move on with my life. Thanks Neil!

Fantastic Lawyer

We chose Neil because he had the most experience and was not let down. He was honest about the situation, answered any questions we had and was always there for advice. Not only is he is a superb lawyer, but he is also an all around great guy. Never felt like just another case/client. Was a pleasure ...to work with and we are happy we went with our gut on this. Super lawyer

I met with Neil Ruskin to discuss my situation. Neil explained everything and made me feel confident. I know that Neil will represent me if I am arrested. I am positive that he will do a great job for me, if and when I hire him.

Amazing!

One word - Amazing! I recently had the police leave a note at my door asking to contact them. I immediately called Mr. Ruskin for consulting. Mr. Ruskin called the police on my behalf and filled me in on the situation. I was being accused of something that is particularly embarrassing but felt no jud...gement at all on Mr. Ruskin's part. When I went into his office for a consultation, he spoke to me for over an hour and really put me at ease. He explained all my options and how to move forward. All of this for no fee! My anxiety was through the roof, but Mr. Ruskin pretty much doubled as a therapist for me. I feel so much better about my situation after consulting with Mr. Ruskin and I was able to achieve the best possible outcome as a result. Thank you for everything!!
