honest and knowledgeable

Excellent attorney.. I reached out to Neil since he's a top rated attorney on avvo.com. During the free consultation, he evaluated the possible outcomes/costs for me and recommended me to another attorney with very good reputation on my county. I repect his honest and proficiency. Can't go wrong with... him if you happens to live in NYC area and need a good attorney.

Amazing and Honest

I went to see Neil today with my daughter to discuss my sons case. We sat for an hour and half and discus sons case thoroughly and completely. Mr Ruskin was very honest to the point and a pleasure to meet. It was a free consultation and we received the best advice. Mr Ruskin would take no money and t...old us there was nothing he can do to help. We met with other lawyers and they lied to us. It was wonderful to meet an honesty and truthful attorney. Neil is a winner!

Neil Ruskin Dependable Attorney

I ended up representing a client previously represented by Mr. Ruskin (he only lets you call him Neil). Even though I am in California and I left a message late in the day Neil returned my call within minutes. The case was old and he wasn't able to provide additional information, but he followed up w...ith me the next morning because "that's who he is." He didn't have to do anything, but he did. I'm glad there are attorneys like Neil out there because providing service to the client is important even after they aren't your client anymore.

Trustworthy, Relatable, Respectful

I went to Mr. Ruskin's office on Monday to discuss a potentially very serious manner. I quickly got the sense that he knows exactly what he is talking about. He came across as relatable and professional. He is a straight shooter and really told things how they are. I appreciate his sense of humor and... professional demeanor. I would certainly recommend.
