DANGER, NOT A LANDLORD/TENANT LAWYER LIKE HE SAID HE WAS!! DANGER!! Paid up front, they were incompetent and lack practice in Landlord/Tenant Law. First court date Zev had someone step in on my behalf, ok. Zev didn’t show up on the second court date and that day was for Oral Argument Of Moti...ons with both sides. So yeah, my landlords lawyer got to argue motions with the judge and no one on my side defending me. The following court date (third), Zev wasn’t in the court room when my case was called up and the judge sent the landlords lawyer to go look for him, embarrassing and unprofessional. Judge handed paperwork to both sides and issued warrant for eviction 10 days. Zev said the good news was he’s not charging me for the day. That wasn’t good news to me at the moment considering that I just started absorbing the warrant of eviction but I’ll take it. $1,500.00 included two court appearances, any additional court appearances $250.00. Zev showed up for two and didn’t charge me for one, he owes me $250.00 plus a refund for all the mental stress he has caused me and refuses to pay! He left me and my daughter out to rot but not before offering an appeal for $3,000.00! I couldn’t believe it. Please, everyone help me get my money back.

I was pulled over for speeding in up state NY. The ticket would have been very expensive and would have put points on my license that would have made my insurance more expensive. This firm was able to negotiate this all down to a non moving violation that was way less expensive. In fact the Attorney... fee plus the fine I paid was less than the original ticket by a good margin and my insurance will not change. The staff is very attentive and professional.
