I paid roth approximately 10,000 dollars and I did most of his work. He submitted paperwork with errors, and when I questioned him his response was"well you missed it too!" I hired a nurse, which I paid for, because he recommended I do that. He did not use the nurses report which had information in i...t that the IME left out, and ultimately was the reason for my denial. At my hearing which followed, J Quattuchio was there to represent me, and admitted on record that he was not fully prepared but proceded anyway. roth designates his work to other people and fails to follow up. If you still hire this man, you can expect him to sell you the stars, tell you his dad, a military doctor, will examine you, he will tell you he is on first name basis with the people in Albany.......be prepared to lose, and then pay out of your arse for an appeal! I know not every case can be won, but this guy lost my case all by himself!

I was very happy on the whole with Warren and his group of attorneys. Yes, he was short with me on the phone a few time during a 15 month period. But I get it. The guy assigns a second attorney in his group to each client. Mine was Jason. He rocked. Always patient with me. If you don't call them every week complaining about the system, you let them do all the paperwork with you, go to your doctors, show Warren a little respect, you should win too if your injuries are there. Warren got my uncle his benefits over a decade ago and he won for me. I love the bald guy for protecting my family. If you want a new best friend get a dog.
