I found him to be unresponsive, uncaring and unprofessional. I had a SS disability claim and it was badly handled. I had to send multiple emails and follow up with a phone call before I got an answer to One question. Mostly any email I sent was ignored. When I finally got him on the phone he testily ...told me that he was very busy. I should have told him then that if he was too busy to respond to one question, he should not have accepted my case. He did up not show up to the court appearance but instead sent a much less experienced lawyer. SS constantly claimed they didn’t receive the required paperwork and I had to fax info many times to his office. I think I would have won my case if I had a better lawyer.
