I was injured in an accident on the job (PD, what else). I was referred to Warren Roth by word-of-mouth. Everyone I know who retained Warren for disability were mostly happy with the results. However you can’t please everybody. A couple guys I know were unhappy with the State’s determination on the...ir case so naturally they blame Warren. I love Warren, I think he’s very effective but he can’t turn water into wine people. In my personal experience, even with Covid and the mass exodus of retirees, I was able to get my 3 quarters in a year-and-a half. As per Warren’s promise. Some people complained that Warren maybe hard to get in touch with or return phone calls. This did not bother me because I only called him if it was absolutely necessary and I don’t yearn for instant gratification. My thinking is do you want the contractor who has a hundred clients or no clients. Same can be said for lawyers. I rest my case.

The last thing I imagined was having to retire from policing due to the advancement of job related injuries and disabilities. It was a challenging process, detaching from law enforcement, & embracing retirement. Warren was able to secure my deserved, retirement & disability benefits; and, the financi...al security of my family. He did so with empathy, support and, when necessary, tenacity. While Warren does not always spend as much time on the phone as you may want for moral support he gets the job done. He won me my disability pension and recently won my Social Security.
