I got a speeding ticket in new Rochelle in about April of 2021. In all honesty, I totally forgot about it. Months and months went by until I thought to myself “what ever happened to that ticket I got last year?” I searched all through my email inbox to find any kind of information there was about ...my ticket. I hired this law firm to take care of my ticket but you guys never communicated with me whatsoever. Nobody ever called me to update me on the status of my ticket. No calls, emails, mail, or anything. Here we are, November of 2022 and while looking through my emails for a work email, I find the email from your law office stating that I had to walk into the court 2 weeks ago to pay a fine. Now, that fine is late due to the lack of communication of your law office. I was very happy with the result of my ticket, however, there was absolutely ZERO communication in the year and a half span that I was waiting for results. An email or phone call from time to time would be nice to let me know that everything is fine. In a previous ticket I had with another law firm, they would send me emails at least every month or two to let me know the status of my ticket. That would have been very nice to see from your firm. In the future, I may be a bit reluctant to hire your services again.
