Great Experience

Excellent lawyer

Joseph was able to help bring my speeding ticket charge down to a parking ticket. There were no points added to my driving record and I just had to pay a small fine. He is very quick and proficient.

Fantastic Result

I am an attorney who hired Joseph P. Villanueva to represent me for a speeding ticket that I received. He was not only able to eliminate any points that I would have received but also was able to plea the ticket down to a non-moving violation. The best part was that I did not have to appear in court ...and Joseph and his staff took care of everything for me. I would definitely recommend hiring Joseph Villanueva if you every get a speeding ticket. Excellent Attorney

Awesome job resolving my ticket in NY State. He clearly explained the process and knew the local players regarding my case.
