I hired Joe Villanueva to fight three speeding tickets that my son got in a one month period. Sigh!. I consulted with Joe on a speeding ticket I received in Liberty, NY. When I called his office I left a voicemail, because I called before business hours, he returned my call first thing himself. He was very thorough and handled all correspondence promptly (mainly via email after initial call)! I en...ded up using someone else for unrelated reasons, but he still followed up with me to make sure everything was being handled appropriately, which is unheard of in my experience which was really impressive! I ended up getting another speeding ticket a few weeks ago in East Hills, NY (Nassau county, LI), unfortunately, so I contacted Joe again via email and he replied within 30 minutes!
