I wish I could give Joseph and his team more than a 5 star rating!! So here's my story, I got a traffic violation some time in January, doing 71mph in a 50mph zone, got stopped by a state patrol officer and received a traffic summons, i faced a fine of over 500$ and 6 points on my license which wou...ld've made my insurance skyrocket, even if it was my first ever offense. Joseph and his team, were the first team of lawyers i made outreach to and they responded to my email and phone call in just several minutes, (seriously he answered my email in like 4 minutes!) he was so informative during our first phone call together and even made time to talk again later that week. He was always so patient with my questions, so knowledgeable and didn't lie to me about what my probable solution would be with that particular state patrol officer. Although, he was honest and said the probable cause would be reduction to 3 points, I still decided to trust in his honesty, capability, professionalism and high standard. I paid my retainer and anxiously awaited the court appearance date, (yesterday) (for which Joseph assured me i wouldn't have to show up and waste a day of calling out from work) That same afternoon I received an email from Joseph indicating he miraculously got my points reduced from 6 to ZERO POINTS and a small fine!! Based on Joseph's glowing reviews here, and his quick and attentive response to my inquiry, I decided to use his services to get the charges on my ticket reduced. On a ticket for driving 57mph in a 40mph zone, he was able to get the points completely removed, with only a fine to pay. I didn't hav...e to go the court at all. He was such a lifesaver and so pleasant to deal with. His rate was also quite reasonable. Everything between us was handled via email and a short initial phone call. I'd never hired a lawyer for any purpose before this, and am so glad I found him. I highly recommend him!

10-30-15 Joe was exactly who I wanted. 1. He was able to represent me at my hearing without me having to waste my time and show up. 2. He read my explanation of the events and clearly understood them (which indicated I was not guilty). 3. He was able to obtain a non-moving violation and ...no points when the cop gave me a ticket for 53 MPH in a 30 MPH zone - which is considered very serious, given the speed I was charged with, was almost twice the speed limit. 4. Joe emailed me the outcome with complete instructions of how to pay the fine. 5. Joe made this problem as painless as possible and clearly knows the speeding ticket law area. 6. I obtained Joe from a friend who also did very well with him.

I did not know what to expect but hesitatingly left everything in his hands. He was phenomenal! He was able to get no points with my ticket, which is what I worried about the most. I am in awe that a ticket that was issued late February for failure to use turn signal was heard in court slightly over one month and reduced to a parking ticket violation with zero points, by Mr.Villanueva.
