Joe was very thorough in explaining the steps and patient with my questions. He kept me updated throughout the process and yes, you read it right, he did make my 8 point ticket moving violation into a 0 point parking ticket. I received a speeding ticket on Thanksgiving day, on my way back from a family dinner. I was basically following the flow of traffic, but the police officer gave me a ticket anyway.
