My luck, I got a speeding ticket doing 57 in a 40 zone. It was clearly a speeding trap as the limit changed from 55 to 40. I would give 10 stars if I could. Joseph did an incredible job representing me, keeping me informed on the case, and most importantly, achieving the desired results. I received a speeding ticket that said I was driving 70 MPH in a 55 MPH speed zone in Westchester. I had to be out of town for work and... could not make it to court on my hearing date. The plea hearing kind of slipped my mind until the last minute so I ended up leaving Joseph's office a message late at night (I was on West Coast time) literally two days before my hearing, and received a text from Joseph within minutes - unbelievable! Joseph quickly assuaged my concerns, and two days later, gave me the happy update that the case went well and that there would be NO points on my license. While it may not be hard to find a lawyer willing to represent you on a traffic violation in NY, Joseph is a rare gem that achieves results AND communicates, provides instantaneous updates, and treats his client with respect. I highly recommend and would definitely hire him again - although I hope I won't need to!
