I had emailed Joe thru Avvo in July 2018 after receiving a cell phone violation in Upstate NY. He texted me at 7am the next morning to say he would call me at 9am and he did. He was calm and reassuring. He was honest with what he thought he could do and that was what made me know I wanted to work ...with him. He has a fair price.
