I don't normally write reviews, but this time I have to. I had a 'move over' violation case that 2 other law offices didn't want to take. Joe V responded to my call and was very friendly, yet to the point. He said my chances are slim, but he's willing to give it a try. I was guided through what was... a foreign process to me.
