I would give 10 stars if I could. Joseph did an incredible job representing me, keeping me informed on the case, and most importantly, achieving the desired results. I received a speeding ticket that said I was driving 70 MPH in a 55 MPH speed zone in Westchester. I had to be out of town for work and... could not make it to court on my hearing date. The plea hearing kind of slipped my mind until the last minute so I ended up leaving Joseph's office a message late at night (I was on West Coast time) literally two days before my hearing, and received a text from Joseph within minutes - unbelievable! Joseph quickly assuaged my concerns, and two days later, gave me the happy update that the case went well and that there would be NO points on my license. The whole process was easy, seamless, and stress-free - Joseph has a wealth of experience with traffic violations, knows all the courthouse ins and outs, and instills confidence. While it may not be hard to find a lawyer willing to represent you on a traffic violation in NY, Joseph is a rare gem that achieves results AND communicates, provides instantaneous updates, and treats his client with respect. I highly recommend and would definitely hire him again - although I hope I won't need to!

I highly recommend the Villanueva & Sanchala law firm. Attorney Donald Sanford of Villanueva negotiated my Four tickets down to Two tickets, a fine of a few hundred dollars and no points. If I were found guilty of all four summonses, I’d be facing large fines, possible suspension of my license and y...ears of higher insurance rates. I considered representing myself, but I didn’t know the court, the Judge(s), or how to negotiate. Traveling through New York and received a speeding ticket. Instead of the speeding ticket violation I had originally been issued Joseph Villanueva and his team were able to plead my case down for me to a lesser violation, the fee is less than expected AND it's a zero point violation! Prior to this resolution I was facing 6 points, higher fines, and insuranc...e increases. I was nervous since I had opted to not even come up, this is not near my home and would have required a 4 hour drive. I worked with them over the phone and although I knew they would do well, this outcome is even better than I had hoped for!
