Great Lawyer!

I was referred to Lawyer Villanueva by a co worker who had used his services. He immediately returned my phone call and I found him to be very personable and professional. Great people

I’m from out of town but received a speeding ticket while in New York so I contacted Joe to be my lawyer. His office stayed in contact with me, updating me on my case and they were able to reduce the speeding ticket down to a parking violation and keeping my insurance from rising

Professional and Excellent

It was like magic!

I had received the most embarrassing speeding ticket of my driving career while vacationing recently in the Adirondacks, ending a 9 year stint maintaining a clean driver's license. I was facing some pretty steep fines and points on my license so I figured I would hire a lawyer, for the first time, to... try and reduce the charges/penalties. I looked online, found Joe, called his office for consultation, decided to retain his services, paid his fee (about 75% less than the fines I was facing), took an online Defensive Driving course, and........ticket dismissed. Joe made it that simple.
