Joe is easy to get a hold of and a pleasure to deal with. He's also a bit of a magician. He took a couple of tickets that could have been quite long-term expensive (not to mention upfront expensive) and got them reduced to a non-point-carrying fine. I can't recommend him highly enough, but I hope to ...never need his services again!

I hired Mr. Villanueva to assist me with a speeding ticket I received in western New York in the fall of 2020. I received it while driving back from visiting family in New England—something I wouldn’t have been doing (driving in New York) but for COVID. Having not had a speeding ticket in over 25 yea...rs, I needed some help to avoid the ticket increasing my insurance premiums and getting any points on my license. As I live in Illinois, I knew I needed someone local to the Western New York area. Due to COVID, the case took longer than usual to resolve, but it was well worth the wait. I had the ticket reduced to a parking violation in late February and just paid a very manageable fine of $150. It's not a service I hope to use very often, but Mr. Villanueva is an excellent attorney considering the results. Also, everyone I spoke with in his office was professional and friendly.
