My sons were ticketed (separately ) in Mt. Pleasant in August and October of 2019. One ticket was for doing 43 in a 30 and the other was for driving a motorcycle without a license. He did have a permit and was not riding the motorcycle when the officer arrived. Regardless, he was ticketed. Due to ...COVID, the court date was May 18, 2021. After contacting multiple attorneys to represent my sons, I was shocked at the “scare” tactics used by these attorneys to retain their services at their astronomical fee. “There going to have their licenses suspended, they’ll loose their jobs”, etc.. Then I found Joseph Villanueva. He was Honest, kind, informative and listened before answering. His price to go to court, representing both sons, (therefore my sons didn’t have to miss work) was a quarter of the price for representing sons compared to what the other attorneys were charging for each son . Both cases were pled to a simple parking ticket. Hopefully, we won’t need him, but if we do I’m glad to have him on our side.

Joseph was recommend from a a friend. Great service, reasonable priced, took care of everything. Other than paying his fee was the only thing I had to do on my end. The process took about a month. He lowered my speeding ticket to a parking violation, obviously the city still wants their piece of the ...pie. Would work with him again in the future under better circumstances. I also recommend him to whoever is reading this.
