Was driving upstate through the Taconic Parkway (NY) from out of state and did a regular pass on the left when - lo and behold - the moment I made the usual pass, a police car was waiting around the bend with his radar gun out. I explained the situation to Joe and he understood me entirely. He is ...110% responsive - never shy to give me a call when I ask a question via email and always quick to reply by email. After 3 months of anxiously waiting, I got the notification from Joe that the potential 6-pt charge would be reduced to a parking violation and a fine. I cannot recommend Joe more - not just as a lawyer but as a trustworthy and genuine person.

Was unfortunate that when pulled over the officer decided to give me multiple tickets. Being my first time being pulled over I was not too concerned until I noticed how those tickets would affect me. Contacted Joe and he took me through the whole process and made it so straight forward for me it kept... me at ease, he got the tickets reduced to a simple violation and that was the end.
