I found Michael Palumbo & Assoc. after getting two separate tickets (Mamaroneck and Harrison) on summer visit to my father in Rye. I never get tickets but got caught in a speed trap getting off the 95 near playland and for pulling over to the shoulder of an access road in Mammorneck. After reading s...ome reviews on-line I decided that Palumbo & Assoc were a good fit with my needs, with specific experience in my area of need and a history of reducing how penuary these tix can be. Hiring Palumbo was a good decision. I live in CA and could not attend court myself, nor would I know what to do. They handled everything. Most recently my 3 point driving on shoulder ticket was reduced to a 0 point parking ticket. I had a good result on a speeding ticket as well (a 4 point speeding violation (50/30) to the charge of a 2 point disobeying a traffic control device ticker) . The lawyer assigned (Cassie Dogali) was very good about chasing me down via phone and email to make sure that I didn't miss any important deadline. She handled everything. I am writing this review because I found these reviews helpful finding a law firm in another state that could solve my problem, so I hope that this is helpful to you. At first contact with Mike, I was skeptical that he could give some positive spin to my negative experience but he convinced me that there were some positives to him handling my case versus me just sheepishly pleading guilty. Boy oh boy was he ever right! Not only did his adjournment strategy work be...tter than I expected but WE WON!!!! I will use him and his office again and again (if ever necessary lolo). Michael and his team of traffic and criminal defense lawyers are excellent. In the middle of July I had been charged with a potential criminal misdemeanor arising from three suspensions on my license for three separate offenses in two countries, all of which went unanswered by accident.
