I am an attorney who recently moved to New York and was wrongfully charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Not knowing the court system I did some research and came across Mr. Palumbo. The court system and defense of a traffic charge is totally different where I practiced law, but it was immed...iately obvious to me that Mr. Palumbo knew what he was doing. He charged me a nominal fee and kept me informed through the process. He made a motion to dismiss the case at the appropriate time and copied me on the motion. As an attorney I was thoroughly impressed with Mr. Palumbo's legal acumen. Apparently so was the judge and prosecutor, because the case was dismissed without opposition.
