Delinquent Toll Port Authority/MTA

Attorney Palumbo, Was easy to deal with professional and efficient. He actually discovered I had issues with the Port Authority not just the MTA as I believed. He was able to resolve my issue quickly, I highly recommend his services.

Ezpass

Only helps you to get a Payment plan paying 2,500 for no reason just to tell me the same thing that THE MTA EZPASS WILL HELP WITH DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM HE DISRESPECTFUL LOVES YELLING AT YOU ON THE PHONE BECAUSE HE HAS SO muchhhh CLIENTS . No respect cancel this man I don’t recommend no help... at all

I was fully expecting this review. She hired us in a panic after her vehicle registration was suspended for failing to pay tolls for years and racking up $4,186.00 in unpaid tolls and $40,200.00 in violations. I negotiated the violations down to $8,040.00 and got her on a payment plan. After I wrapped up the case and sent her the closing information, including how to execute payment on the payment plan, she claimed "I already knew that..." Ergo, if you already negotiated the deal yourself, why did you hire me to do it? She then wanted her money back after I completed the work. She wants me cancelled, but it's clients like this that should be cancelled.

Palumbo & Associates was fantastic to work with! They walked me through the process, advised me on a place to take defensive driving online and got the ticket dismissed without fine or points. They were terrific. Thank you again.

I have ez pass toll violations and I sent a inquiry to get some assistance , unfortunately I accidentally put a incorrect email when sending him the inquiry on his website and so he couldn’t email me back and , so he texted me and asked me for my email. He did this knowing I prob was not going to be... able to hire him! Anyways he gave me some really helpful information with url links and made sure I understood that I need to resolve the issue and not ignore it, his services are more then what my violations are and he new that and still consulted , he insisted I follow the links and try to resolve on my own. Very helpful consultation, .

Honest Guy, Good Person to Know

I called Mr. Palumbo to support me with my EZ PASS issue. Not only was he helpful in explaining the right course of action, he also gave me the opportunity to resolve the issue myself before acquiring his services. I am grateful that he did not take advantage of my ignorance. I can say now that I kno...w a honest traffic attorney to call if ever I or someone I know is in need. I definitely saved his number.
