From our first conversation, Mike was friendly, courteous, and absolutely clear about everything. He told me exactly what to do, which was extremely simple, and then handled everything efficiently and quickly, with excellent results. Any questions I had were answered instantly. In the end, my triple ...summons (9 points) was reduced to ZERO, with just a small fine. By the way, I honestly believe I was guilty of NOTHING (the summonses all involved going the wrong way on a one-way street that was NOT marked One Way). Nonetheless, the way the system works, I could have been in big trouble without Mike's help, which I greatly appreciate. I'll continue to obey traffic laws to the letter, as I always have, but if I ever get into trouble again, I'll call Mike. (Oh yes--and he's really nice!)

Mr. Palumbo answered or returned all phone calls made about the case. He was successful in dismissing the charges brought against me with one simple fee. He was upfront with the fee and the explained how he would handle the speeding charge. Mr. Palumbo kept me informed, but mostly through e-mail ...or U.S. mail. As a truck driver, I cannot check my email or my mailbox regularly. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the services rendered and well worth the money paid. As a truck driver, any violation hurts my ratings, so the ticket being dismissed helps tremendously. I would definitely recommend his service for anybody.

Through no one's fault but my own, I recently found myself in a very overwhelming predicament with the DMV.
