Unprofessional, Rude, Sarcastic
I asked a basic question about what elements were required to be included on a uniform parking ticket in New York State. Instead of answering the question, or just remaining silent and saying nothing - which for people like him is the best option - say nothing - he was sarcastic, rude, unprofessiona...
This guy's question and his response to me asking whether the meter was expired was so out of line that Avvo removed the question he asked and his thread. I mean, we're talking about a parking ticket for what, $25.00? He told us everything except whether the meter was expired, so I asked, because it was relevant to the way the case could be handled in court, if he in fact wanted to go to court to save $25.00. Like I said, his demeanor in his responses was so out of line that Avvo removed the Q & A.

Was going to hire
I talked with this Lawyer on the phone. He was very rude and yelling at me, while I was trying to tell him my situation. He didn't want to hear about what I wanted him to do for me. He told me he was going to do this, this and this. What he was telling me , was not what I wanted to do. This guy would...
What's terrible is people who have never even hired my office leaving a review and essentially complaining that I personally provided them with a free phone consultation. Virtually everyone that calls my office gets ME. Not some underling - ME. This means that I talk to DOZENS of people daily. I am happy to give free legal advice, but I don't have the time to listen to a person's stream of consciousness / woe is me story. I obtain the salient facts and then advise on what I can and can't do based on my over 20 years of experience practicing law. If after explaining what can and can't be done the caller wants to complain about how unfair the system is, I am not a therapist and don't have time to listen to what I cannot address. I did not yell at whomever this person is. I did what I always do - once I have given the FREE LEGAL ADVICE I tell them that if they want to continue the conversation I need to charge them for a verbal consultation. This is what this kind of person gets angry about, and then lashes out on review sites. But hey, don't take my word for it. If you have a legal problem, call my office and judge for yourself my demeanor and attitude. I consult with everyone that calls my office, and would love to talk to you about your case.

I was fully expecting this review. She hired us in a panic after her vehicle registration was suspended for failing to pay tolls for years and racking up $4,186.00 in unpaid tolls and $40,200.00 in violations. I negotiated the violations down to $8,040.00 and got her on a payment plan. After I wrapped up the case and sent her the closing information, including how to execute payment on the payment plan, she claimed "I already knew that..." Ergo, if you already negotiated the deal yourself, why did you hire me to do it? She then wanted her money back after I completed the work. She wants me cancelled, but it's clients like this that should be cancelled.

Lifted my 6 month License Suspension
Sold a truck and never turned in the plates. This led to my license being suspended for 6 months. With the person i sold it to not cooperating, it seemed like it would be impossible for my license to be lifted. Michael Palumbo was persistent on solving this issue and in the end I ended up getting my ...

I was very concerned when I got a speeding ticket in the Bronx and learned the traffic court was not like my local municipality (out of state) where you could talk to the prosecutor and perhaps get a plea deal. I was facing 6 points and fines. I entered a not guilty plea and knew I would need to find...
