Favorable result without having to personally appear in court

I received a speeding ticket on the Taconic. Harold Dee got it reduced to a parking ticket. Communicating with him and his office was very easy. I never had to appear in court.

Harold Dee and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I called them when I got my first ever speeding ticket. They did not pressure me at all - they explained to me how the process works and told me to take a few days to think it over and call them back if I decided to hire them.
