BEWARE! He incorrectly files his SEC filings, and its not an IF but a WHEN the SEC comes knocking on your door he RUNS and will NOT help you with what HE caused! POOR advice that will only put money in HIS pocket!!! I would highly recommend paying for PROPER advice with a firm larger than only hims...elf, and PROTECT yourself!!! Have PLENTY of Proof & will be filing against him after my SEC suit who proved he INCORRECTLY filed ALL documents without my knowledge while stating everything was in good order, nothing needed & asked ALL the WRONG questions!!! I hired Mr. Weingold after he guaranteed in writing that if I where not happy with the kick-off meeting I would get a full refund. He said yes to everything in the meeting but when I received the document he neglected to address the most important aspect of our conversation. He said yes on the phon...e to sucker me in but failed to delivery. If you are contemplating hiring Mr. Weingold, I would happily go into detail about my experience.
