Unlike other law firms, James Napoli’s law firm is willing to invest money and time in my case. The firm hired private investors to gather evidence which were not known to exist. They hired an engineering specialist to testify in court against which manufacturer and the court ultimately rule against ...the manufacturer. They also hire a medical expert to explain in court how severe the injury was in which the insurance denied the injury as being severe. I was concerned with cost of hiring the experts but the law firm told me that I don’t have to pay a penny and they would swallow the cost if they lose the case. At the end, I get many times the money than the insurance company initially agreed to settle.
