The lawyer and assistants handled my case were very kind, patient, and responsive. They kept me informed and guided me every step of the way. When the insurance company made the first lowball offer, they explained to me that I have the option to take it but also explained to me the risks and odds of winning the case if I continue to pressed on. I took their recommendation to continue on with the trial. Eventually the insurance company agreed to settle almost at policy max. I am very happy with the result and the way they handle my case.
