Super Team Fighting for Justice

Mahir S. Nisar, Excellent Attorney and Legal Team. You need someone like Nisar protecting your rights and the right people on your side to fight for justice. Words cannot express how grateful I am to the Nisar Law Group for all of their efforts in winning my case. I really appreciate all of their ha...rd work. The entire team made me feel safe and in good hands throughout the process they showed me compassion, empathy and understanding. They handled my case with such care. Mahir S. Nisar's team were incredible. I worked with Reem Subei, who provided me with a positive experience given the difficult circumstances. The Nisar team went above and beyond, Catherine Badia, paralegal and Office Manager made the whole experience seamless. Can't say it enough, it takes a village and they were my village. Team maintained close communication with check ins and follow ups and were always readily available to answer any questions. Which this day in age, it is unheard of. Reem worked tirelessly to advocate for my case. I found her to be an effective communicator and negotiator that I could fully rely on in representing my interests. I would not hesitate to recommend her and the team at NISAR for their services to family and friends. Commercial & Employment Litigation Law Firm NISAR LAW GROUP, P.C. Unprofessional with questionable work eithcs

Hired them 7 months for a wrongful termination case. My experience: - The attorney assigned on the case had little to no interest in pursing the case. To get in touch with the attorney would take several reminder emails pleading for a mere response. - The case was botched due to their careless ...work. The information about the case was provided verbally and in email, multiple times, but the negligent preparation missed several details each time. And for each minor revision, I would have to wait at least a month. - The frustrating experience has led me to look for another attorney to take over the case.

Receiving a negative review is always a difficult part of providing legal services to individuals who are experiencing very difficult circumstances within the workplace. In my years of practice and over 90+ positive reviews across various review sites, no one has ever stated that I am unprofessional or that I have a questionable work ethic. It is even harder for us to address the concerns of the individual when they choose to be Anonymous in writing such a negative review. In my years of practice, no one has ever said the things that this person has stated and clearly they didn't even work with me so I have no clue why they reviewed me this way. At no point did this individual ever reach out to me directly regarding any of the concerns they had; they never gave us an opportunity to even know what was on their mind regarding their experience working with the assigned attorney from our firm. Representation in an employment case is a collaborative effort between an attorney and client- when a client does not cooperate in providing us a timeline of the events that they dealt with, it is difficult for us to do our job. Revisions, edits, and what is relevant is a collaborative effort between both the attorney and client. Addressing the reviewer's main points: 1) We would have never taken their case unless we were interested in pursuing it. We reject cases everyday. I'd love to see the emails that went unanswered. We have a strict policy of responding within 24 hours and I would want to address this if this is true. 2) A case being botched indicates much more than carelessness. We have no cases that have been botched so I am really unsure how to address this. Routinely a client would like to add in every detail of their situation but as professionals we are trained to guide them in keeping things relevant for the Judge/Hearing Officers so that they do not drown the facts that matter. Revisions taking over a month is certainly unacceptable, especially when they are minor, so clearly something doesn't make sense here. 3) We have received no notice from this person or any other attorney taking their case or anyones for that matter at our firm. If this person would like to have a conversation about their concerns, I would be happy to speak to them to address their concerns. Our livelihoods are dependent on how our clients assess our services so we take this very seriously and we will do anything to help this person address their concerns. If you hired us you should at least give us an opportunity to do our job and if we dropped the ball, I will be the first to acknowledge it and work to correct it.

Amazing Lawyer....

It was an amazing experience to hire Mr. Nisar for my case. He was able to get me a settlement for a sum quite close to what I wanted. He is a very efficient lawyer, a little pricey but if can afford him then go for it. I just hoped I had found him earlier.
