Barbie helped expedite my bankruptcy process flawlessly and seamlessly. For the 341 meeting she was prepared and anticipated ever possible need of the judge. Barbie prepared me in regards to what to expect, had all of my paperwork in order and nicely coordinated. After searching through the internet and making an umpteenth amount of calls, I came across Lieber and Lieber’s website. The site was so informative! So, even though I was discouraged from the other attorneys that I spoke to, I decided to leave a message. Barbie called me back the same day; which ...was a holiday that fell on a Saturday. I assumed I would be called back that Monday or maybe even later that week at best. I explained my situation, she listened and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Barbie was so encouraging and caring. I wanted to make an appointment with Barbie, but when I found out her office was on the 21st Floor I explained to her that I am claustrophobic and cannot take elevators. Barbie told me that it was no problem because there was a diner in the lobby, and she would come down and meet with me. Once we met I was positive that I made the perfect choice! The other attorneys I spoke to barely listened and they sounded like they were reading from a script. They wouldn’t answer any questions, until, of course, I met with them and made a payment. When I met with Barbie, I brought more documents then I even needed to. Barbie looked over and made notes on each and every one and she remembered things from our phone conversation. We agreed on a payment plan and once I paid in full, she sent me the petition to review and when I gave the “okay” and she sent it in. I was given a court date for about six weeks later. Barbie explained what the process with the Trustee would be like. I was so nervous and whenever I emailed or called Barbie she responded faster than I could have hoped. When my date was getting near, and my nerves were getting the best of me Barbie was always the voice of reason and calmed me down. When the day came, she was there by my side and the meeting with the Trustee could not have went any better. About six weeks after the meeting my case was discharged! One last thing, Barbie was concerned about me as a person, not just client. She gave me advice on my health issue, which touched my heart more then you can imagine. Thank you and God Bless.
