I want to express my gratitude to Ari for representing us in our case. I think we had the most difficult case and I think they're professional scammers . Our case dragged on for 2 1/2 years and on Friday 4 August we were finally able to evict them from apt. The tenant always had an excuse when... she was at the court. First she claims it was a Covid shutdown, therefore she can't move out. Later on, she experienced Covid, diabetes, health issues, and pregnancy. Every time she makes an excuse during her appearance, the judge will adjourn the court and reschedule the next court date. This dragged on for over 2 1/2 years. The judge did not care for the duration of the trial. She expresses the symphony for the holdover tenant not paying the rent and not caring about the financial impact we would have caused. Thanks to Ari, he helped us and guided us through the court procedure. His hand was tide at time due to the judge's dragging the case in and kept rescheduling. There were times when we showed frustration. But Ari kept his cool and always answered the questions we had. There were times when we might seem like we were blaming him or interrogating him, but he still kept his cool. He persists in filling appropriate court documents to ensure that we can finally evict this shady tenant. What I'm learning is that the legal system is always with the tenants. They will prolong the length of cases because all the tenant had to do was claim she is unwell or sick. The court will just reschedule. You need a good lawyer to help you continue to file the appropriate paperwork.

I hired him for a difficult case and he did very little work and was impossible to get in touch with. I also had to remind of basic information about my case. The few times I met with him he was late and unorganized. I know that lawyers are very busy and I never expected him to be perfect. He wou...ld disappear for weeks / months at a time, I literally had to contact him several times in order to get a response… Things also because very difficult with him, when l I started to ask questions about the status of my case and the financial status. He then became difficult, nasty and aggressive towards me. He is not a litigator, has very little court room experience (and it shows) and if you need someone that can work with more complex situations he is not for you. I think he is fine for easy cases that require very little work. If you do hire him, get everything in writing… And make sure you have an ironclad agreement…

I had to terminate my lease early, because I was moving out of state because my family got affected by covid and my husband lost his job in nyc. I wasnt sure how would my landlord behave during covid when its hard to re-rent, so I decided to hire an attorney. I hired other one who was super rude and ...additionally he was offering sketchy strategy, so it didnt work. Then I googled and saw many good reviews for Ari. Ari and his team were able to handle my case with my landlord. It was smooth - not sure whether its due to Ari’s team efforts or due to what I offered to my landlord as a surrender. It doesnt matter - in the end Ari’s team went through the overall process with me all the way until my surrender got signed by the other side, so I got released!
