One For The History Books

A diamond in the rough. A needle in the haystack. That’s what it’s like to identify real representation in the state of NY. My wife and I shared that sentiment with millions of New Yorkers. We were facing a very tough case with eviction a true reality. No sleep. Peace of mind was never to enter our l...ives again. That is until we retained Ari Moore. For us, Ari represents the very definition of council that cares about their clients. He worked tirelessly to protect our rights and ensure a fair and just resolution to our disputes. Ari is extremely knowledgeable about landlord-tenant laws and regulations and used his expertise to advocate for us in court. His victory for us is definitely one for the books.

Ari Mor will help you win your tenant case as much as he can.

Miracle worker! The day Ari Mor returned my call for consultation was the day my family will never forget and will forever be greatful. That day we are on our way to housing court to file for OSC/stay-which has been denied three times already, to stop the eviction by marshall which we all thought wi...ll happen the next couple of days. Then Ari called walked me through the legal process, what to do next, but due to extreme stress, frustration and exhaustion (physically and mentally) we decided to hire him that day. On our way back home my son called telling us marshall was already inside the apartment and the scene we came to, two men one of whom barring us from entering the apartment, our video smart lock gone (into the hands of the landlord she's so obssessed with it), changed all the locks and my two kids being escorting out. With Ari Mor's legal advice/guidance we stopped the eviction not even 30 minutes we're back inside the apartment. I got Ari Mor's name thru a reviewer from another law firm who was in the same situation like us and recommended him because he won her case after all. He tries to show unsympathetic towards your situation (I believe that's equivalent of professionalism for lawyers?) but he failed, big time because he cares. He went to court gave us updates and won eventually buy us some time to look for a new apartment. If not for him we would've been homeless, taken in on shelters. Hire him/his law firm for tenant legal issues, he/they are very professional, treated us with respect and humanely, very rare these days I might add. Thank you very much Ari.

Ari Mor Esq …wins for the tennant

Ari handled my landlord tennant case. and got a successful decision. ‼️‼️It was a long hard fight but Ari never gave up.. …He. won the right to have my APARTEMENT determined to be a rent stabilized apartement I had been living in my apt for approximately 8 years During that time th...e elevator.repeatedly malfunctioned One day some one was in my apartement helping me with the laundry ……. That person got stuck in the elevator and had to carry the laundry up She suffered great distress as a result of the exertion …..we called management. They treated us abusively and even threatened us. Therefore , We filed a report with 311 ….. Then I was told to get out in 10 days and a “hold over eviction proceeding “was filed against me by the landlord !!… Fortunately I found Ari. ……..we conducted an in vestigation It turns out I was living in an apt that was rent controlled but had never been properly deregulaated .. (if it had been properly deregulated It would have been rent stabilized)….. The Landlord fought us hard but ultimately we triumphed and my apt was determined to be rent stabilized .and subject tothe rules and tennant Protection of s rent stabilized APARTEMENT We still have a few otheR issues to address -legal fees/potential over charges /etc. but this is aGREAT VICTORY and a great beginning! THANK YOU ARI !!‼️‼️‼️ Charlotte v voght

LandLord Dispute

If you have a landlord/dispute or rent stabilization case, don’t hire this guy! I paid this guy almost $1,300 and he is the laziest shiftless lawyer I have every worked with. I booked a consultation and paid $90. He gives you a two hour window that he will call you with and not an exact time. Whe...n he finally did call, he was in his car, driving half paying attention. He has a good online presence and I already invested $90 so I decided to move forward with him a couple months after the consultation. He charges $1,200 for out of court negotiation. $4,500 if your landlord/tenant sues first and 10K to sue your landlord/tenant first Long story short. He makes excuses, has very little communication and there is almost a week between emails. I paid him $1,200 to review my documents and get back to me with the full intension of paying him the $4500 when my landlord tried to sue me because my landlord illegally deregulated my apartment from rent stabilization. I ended up hiring another lawyer, who I won’t name on this review but he did what Ari could not do in 3 weeks in 1 hour. The other lawyer I spoke to kept me on hold, asked me questions and we sent documents back and forth over the line. He told me I had a good case and within a week, we were ready to file. When you send Ari a document, instead of responding immediately or asking a question. He waits a week, then asks a question and then it will take another week to hear from him and then he simply asks another question. Instead of anticipating an gathering all the things he needs up front. He plays the waiting game with you. He once told he would get back to me in a week. 9 days passed and I HAD TO REACHOUT to him. He said he had ‘covid’ and was behind. If he was so behind, why not be pro-active and reach out to your clients ahead of time. Seemed like a lie. I could go on with more stories and anecdotes but he doesn’t know what he is doing. I paid out money to another lawyer and a consultant and they didn’t need 3 weeks to tell me whether or not I had a good case.
