On your side and looking out for you

Real estate transactions are especially complicated in NYC. I was very glad to have representation that helped me understand what was going on and what were issues to address. While I feel fortunate to have had a good realtor representing me as well, it was only my attorney who I could trust was repr...esenting only my best interest (no big commission at stake!) I highly recommend them, and I already had friends use them with the same experience as me.

What an outstanidng firm!

I used this firm and more specifically worked with Alexander Paykin for a real estate deal in New York City. I contacted and interviewed several firms before I decided to work with them. My experience with them could not have been more gratifying. And I could not have asked for anything better ...or more. The firm was OUTSTANDING. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, always accessible (I even had their cell phones and they responded almost instantly), customer focused and always took time to explain the smallest detail in lay man's terms to me. I also used Mr. Paykin for a rental dispute. He walked me through the pros and cons and assisted me to come to a very amicable and business decision bringing it to a conducive resolution and to my complete satisfaction. Alexander Paykin is a lawyer that you can trust with your business, family and personal matters.

Highly recommend

Alex is a great lawyer. I have used him for a few real estate issues I am very pleased. He is Experienced trustworthy honest and knowledgeable and highly recommend him to anybody who's looking for a lawyer.

Helpful at every turn

Alex truly went the extra mile when he came to the scene of my accident. Besides the care and attention he offered right away, he was also very helpful with all the legal complications that quickly pursued my mishap. As fast as it happened he worked with me to ease through the court procedures and pr...omptly solve my ordeal in a more than favorable way. He was charismatic, insightful, and I am so grateful for his help. Highly recommended!
