Apartment Purchase with additional Grant funds

This was a first time home purchase of a Co-op Apartment in Forest hills. As a first time home buyer we were qualified to get a grant that would provide us with extra funding for closing and additional fees. Alex was a great help in every aspect of the process, from answering All our questions to a...ddressing paperwork that needed to be handled promptly. His quick responses were very Impressive and Helpful, from picking up the phone or responding to emails right away. The Fact that everything was all new to us, Alex took charge and guided us through every obstacle that was thrown our way including the kitchen sink (Dealing with banks, Management company and sellers attorney etc...) We are truly grateful for his professional know how and take charge attitude. We will definitely be keeping his phone number on speed dial for our future legal maters.

Colleague

Alex has a practical view of the world. I come to him on occasion when I have questions about my real estate litigation matters. Such matters are often very complex and may sometimes be confusing. Excellent Attorney

If you are trying to find a reputable, trust worthy attorney who pays attention to detail and always has your best interest at hart than I would highly recommend Alexander. He made a very difficult situation for me into something very manageable and I wouldn't have known what to do without him.
