Real Estate advice session

He returned my call within ten minutes and was exceptional in his knowledge of condos with board of director problems. He explained the options available to me and was very pleasant and gave me some very good advice. He is a very good man and an attorney.

What an outstanidng firm!

I used this firm and more specifically worked with Alexander Paykin for a real estate deal in New York City. I contacted and interviewed several firms before I decided to work with them. My experience with them could not have been more gratifying. And I could not have asked for anything better ...or more. The firm was OUTSTANDING. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, always accessible (I even had their cell phones and they responded almost instantly), customer focused and always took time to explain the smallest detail in lay man's terms to me. I also used Mr. Paykin for a rental dispute. He walked me through the pros and cons and assisted me to come to a very amicable and business decision bringing it to a conducive resolution and to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend

Alex is a great lawyer. I have used him for a few real estate issues I am very pleased. He is Experienced trustworthy honest and knowledgeable and highly recommend him to anybody who's looking for a lawyer.

I spoke to Alex on few occasions in regard to various matters: -Real Estate -Personal and - Corporate. Recently, I retained Alex to handle one of my business matters. I made my decision to hire Mr. Paykin after discussing the case with 2 other attorneys but not being fully satisfied with their a...nswers. I feel, I made the right decision. Alex delivered the results as agreed at the initial meeting. Alex Paykin is an aggressive but in the same time a very professional and capable attorney. It is definitely a smart idea to have him in one's corner. Phone# on file with the office.

Despite his youth, he is very experienced attorney and he knows his area of expertise. I recommend doing business with him, because he is very honest, trustworthy and easy to cooperate.
