Exceeded Expectations & Delivered Without Ever Stepping into A Courtroom

Rueben, Although initially, we may have gotten off to a little bump in the road due to a brief miscommunication cue as a result of a major life event that took place on your end, which I was unaware of; you immediately course corrected, prioritized and eagerly provided superb legal direction on my a...nomalous NY Tenant/Landlord/Third-Party case. In concert with your expertise in the practice area of Tenant Representation Law, having a handle on/navigating the complex nuances of my separate yet interrelated case as a Third Party involving a Title 81 Guardianship in addition to rising to the occasion at a critical time after three prior incompetent attorneys, in over their heads, unprofessionally dropping the ball as well as dropping my case, you came to my legal rescue and exceeded all of my expectations. You managed to execute on delivering the best-case scenario resolution I had no idea was still possible given the significant amount of time lost during my pressure campaign in search of a fourth attorney. While legally representing my best interest, you were consistent in communications with me, tactful in your approach with the landlord’s attorney while still remaining respectful and humble at all times as well as possessing the ability to empathize with your client, especially during the crises that took place towards the final stretch of my case before all finally ended well. I can now sigh a breathe of relief in confidence, knowing that all of my treasured family possessions are now in safekeeping, in large part due to your efforts to ensure this precise outcome, which was the ultimate goal. Excellent lawyer for my real estate sale

Alex is fantastic and I highly recommend him if you're looking for a law firm to handle your real estate transaction. Even though I had some some challenges selling my parents' home, Alex provided clear, and sound solutions during the initial consultation. I felt very confident working with him fr...om the very beginning. The responsiveness from him and his team (Jamie, paralegal) is amazing - super quick, within minutes especially via email. I also appreciate how he prefers to work electronically and with technology (where possible). Alex walked me through the closing process - it wasn't the typical close because it was during the coronavirus pandemic and a creative way to meet while practicing social distancing had to be found. Reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, ethical, prompt, and modern. When we're ready to purchase a new place, I won't hesitate to contact Alex again.
