I would recommend the Law office of Yaniv and associates to any of my friends or family , because of the friendly and courteous service they offer me when I decided to file for my divorce. My case actually took a longer time than was explain to me when I first started my initial consultation but I ...was never feel like I was been mislead. Whenever I have a question regarding my case there was always someone available to provide me with an answer either by phone or email. I must say working with Mr. Yaniv was a wonderful experience because I just do what he ask of me to do and leave the rest up to him and his staff and am now a satisfied client.

I brought a very simple, no fault divorce case in NY State. I got Mr. Yaniv on the phone fairly quickly, singed papers electronically, and the case was in motions in less then 24 hours. I did not like the way serving my, now, ex-husband, was handled, as I felt it took too long, and I had no insight i...nto the process. Once my case was going I never spoke to Mr. Yaniv again, all interactions with his staff. I didn't rate this excellent, as I believe a little more feedback during the process would have been helpful, if nothing else, just to reassure me things are still progressing. Overall, it's affordable good basic service, so I'm happy.

I never met my lawyer but spoke to him once on the phone! He was very nice and explained everything on one call! After that I did my paper works an his office corresponded via email! Process took almost a year but this is the cheapest lawyer and easiest divorce process! Never had to go to office o...r make appointment with them or go to courts with them! They did all for me for just least than $1000. I want to thank the lawyer and his office for making this so easy for me ! Finally am free and I can move on with my life with my child! Once again thank you!!

This was a very difficult time for me and my family - Daniel took the time to answer all my questions.
