Quick divorce!

The service was speedy and affordable, but both parties must approve of the agreement. They offer advice and clearly explain what your best options are. Good service. Additional appointments cost extra. It's good to be prepared.

My uncontested divorce

I found Yaniv & Associates online. I called and spoke to Daniel Yaniv. He was very helpful in our phone consultation and answered all questions concerning my particular situation. Mr. Yaniv was very knowledgeable and was ready to get started once I paid the necessary fees. They sent me the paperwork ...by email and his legal team were always helpful when I needed to ask any further questions. The team are extremely professional and polite. My uncontested divorce was an expedient process. There's one though when they send you the email stating your divorce is final, call them and let them explain how you get your time-stamped copies so they can arrive quickly. I would definitely recommend this law firm. Thank you.

Services was efficient and effective but too much delays

Good lawyer, gets the job done but the delays was too much and wasn’t explained from the start. The communication wasn’t good. He responds to emails but attempts to speak to him on call was near impossible. Felt like I was being brushed off at a point. Overall service was good.

In regard to delays, your divorce was completed in less than 2 months - this is relatively quick, especially in a case, such as yours, where your spouse was not cooperating or signing the documents. While we wish things would always work out smoothly we, unfortunately, cannot control issues such as uncooperative parties which necessitate additional time-consuming steps.
