This service, overall, is very good. The process was easy and I didn't have to attend an office which is a bonus. Although I'm pretty good at administration I found the DIY forms online confusing and couldn't be bothered dealing with the bureaucracy of a box not being ticked or completed correctly. U...sing Daniel's services simplified the whole process and knowing someone was double checking the forms was great. One downside was an instance of sloppy admin. The initial forms were sent to my email address spelled incorrectly. If my Ex hadn't have called to say he got the forms I would never have known they had been emailed. A little annoying as I paid the additional express fee and the email would have bounced back to the paralegal that sent it. I recommend the service but also advise that you follow up with the office during the process to ensure things are progressing and you haven’t missed any communication(s) with the office.
