called this traffic law office looking for representation, and the experience was unbelievably unprofessional. The agents were rude, unfriendly, and at one point actually hung up the phone on me. I called three different times and never received a single call back. While I was on the phone, I could h...ear another person in the background speaking loudly, which made the entire interaction feel chaotic and careless. When I politely asked for the name of the agent I was speaking with, they refused to give it to me. This law firm clearly does not value potential clients or basic professionalism. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I hired this firm to fight a stop sign ticket. I was told that the goal was to get the ticket dismissed and that they will contact me the day before the trial to let me know if they will fight the ticket or reschedule. They never contacted me until after the day of the trial at which point I was info...rmed they lost. I called and asked for a brief description of what happened and asked that they include the judges name the officers that attended the attorney that attended and weather any evidence was presented. The person over the phone told me that I can get that from the dmv in a transcript which you have to pay for or wait the two months for them to pull the recording (still don't know if they will try to charge me for that one) because I have a limited time to file an appeal this law firms refusal to provide basic information is not professional. They have a history of doing this many of there bad reviews that I saw in Google mention that when they lose they try to avoid you. I also saw in there comments they always make excuses for some reason though they haven't made an excuse for mine which I'm kinda disappointed I'm curious how they would try to defend withholding information from one of there paying clients guess I will find out from the bar.

I received a few moving violations in less than 18 months which caused great concern given I drive everywhere I go. I plead not guilty hoping to give myself the opportunity to present my case. I left a message on Friday night and on Saturday late afternoon I received a call from him. Then again a follow up call on Monday. He answered my questions and gave me some insight and soon thereafter I hired him to address my summons. Yesterday was the first court appearance and he came back with a positive outcome. One down two to go. He has been very receptive as well as his team members replying to my emails and text in a timely fashion. What more can you ask for. I hope we do well with the next 2 summons but in the end I know there is no guarantee. All I can ask for is good representation and I believe I have that in Mr Stites and his team
