called this traffic law office looking for representation, and the experience was unbelievably unprofessional. The agents were rude, unfriendly, and at one point actually hung up the phone on me. I called three different times and never received a single call back. While I was on the phone, I could h...ear another person in the background speaking loudly, which made the entire interaction feel chaotic and careless. When I politely asked for the name of the agent I was speaking with, they refused to give it to me. This law firm clearly does not value potential clients or basic professionalism. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I hired this firm to fight a stop sign ticket. I was told that the goal was to get the ticket dismissed and that they will contact me the day before the trial to let me know if they will fight the ticket or reschedule. They never contacted me until after the day of the trial at which point I was info...rmed they lost. I called and asked for a brief description of what happened and asked that they include the judges name the officers that attended the attorney that attended and weather any evidence was presented. The person over the phone told me that I can get that from the dmv in a transcript which you have to pay for or wait the two months for them to pull the recording (still don't know if they will try to charge me for that one) because I have a limited time to file an appeal this law firms refusal to provide basic information is not professional. They have a history of doing this many of there bad reviews that I saw in Google mention that when they lose they try to avoid you. I also saw in there comments they always make excuses for some reason though they haven't made an excuse for mine which I'm kinda disappointed I'm curious how they would try to defend withholding information from one of there paying clients guess I will find out from the bar.

Not sure where these positive reviews come from but this firm is just out to take your money. Hired them to fight a cellphone ticket and got nothing for it. The office staff that takes your calls sends a clear enough message in their unenthusiastic way of speaking to you. Was never contacted by a rea...l attorney asking for any kinda details that might’ve given me a better shot of winner just two text messages: 1 when they took my money, the other telling me I lost. Don’t waste your money hiring them especially not for NYC hearings. Hopefully people see this review but it’s doubtful since it seems their review section is doctored.
