Traffic ticket

Don’t waste your money here
Not sure where these positive reviews come from but this firm is just out to take your money. Hired them to fight a cellphone ticket and got nothing for it. Delmas hired my office for a cell phone ticket in the Brooklyn South court. His ticket was two years old and bonded — in other words, it would be difficult to reschedule. Two weeks later, my office defended him in court, and he was found guilty. While I wish we could win every single TVB case, the simple fact is, no one can. I am proud of the excellent results our firm achieves for clients on a daily basis. But in the TVB, there are no plea bargains. Every case goes to trial and ends in either a “guilty” or a “not guilty.” We do not make guarantees, and a conviction is always a possibility. I’m fortunate to have a sizable client base. Many clients hire my office without speaking to me personally. If a client asks to speak to me, I will make every effort to contact them. I regret if Delmas felt ignored by my office. I spoke to him on the phone after he left this review, and he acknowledged that he did not make this request. Had he done so, I am sure we would have spoken. My office does not, as a regular matter, inquire as to the details of what happens in each traffic stop because, quite frankly, that is usually a waste of time for both my staff and my clients. TVB hearings are fought and won on other issues. I appreciate that Delmas hired my office for this case, and I assure anyone who reads this that our reviews are 100% legitimate and that we do everything we can on behalf of our clients.

The Best at Traffic Tickets
Steve works magic on traffic cases. Cell phone while driving case disappeared. No 5 points, no insurance rates moved up, very reasonable rates and extremely knowledgable. If you have any traffic case call Stites Legal. Steve Stites is the expert in all DMV hearings, traffic tickets etc

Traffic ticket dismissed
I want to thank Mr. Stites for his amazing job. Thank you for dismissing my traffic ticket. I was so worry about my insurance rates and the 5 points. But he believed in me and got my ticket dismissed. You are the best. Thank you.
