I hired West for a red light ticket in New York City. He was great on the phone spent a lot of time with me and explained the situation clearly. Frankly, it didn’t look too good for me. Made a good decision and hired him anyway. West was able to pull the proverbial rabbit out of a hat for me.... West was able to get the ticket dismissed as the officer fumbled with her testimony.
