Very Honest and Upfront

I hired Mr. Rapoport on the day of my hearing on the spot. He was very honest and open about all possibilities both good and bad. I felt comfortable at the fact that I had all the information upfront. Needless to say, I chose to proceed with the hearing and not postpone it. I won the ticket.
