I contacted Mr. Rapoport based on a recommendation of a friend. Mr. Rapoport's fee was reasonable and he handled the case for me. He postponed it once in the hope of getting the case before a more favorable judge. The case was dismissed because the ticket was questionably filled out. I did not go... to court and Mr. Rapoport represented me and did not disappoint me.

He and I actually over prepared our case. He was able to point out of the flaws of the officer's testimony and got my 5 point traffic ticket dismissed within a few minutes. He went over several strategies that we could come up with, but he was able to get the case thrown out without using any of them... as he was able to question the legitimacy of the officer's notes. Will use again.
