I’m from outta town and got a ticket in NY. Not knowing who to speak to. Luckily he was in the building as I was trying to figure out where to go and what to do and how to handle this ticket because I have a CDL and was scared this ticket would destroy my license. He saw me across the room appearing... devastated and he approached me willing to help. He looked into my case and said he could help. Was very attentive to my case. Very transparent. He pushed my ticket back a year but apparently he took care of it 6 months in advance ! That shows dedication and will definitely use him again. Ticket dismissed and no fines. I didn’t even have to come back to NY. He took care of it without me even being there!!! Literally saved my career. Little does he know haha!
